Lindy is available to teach the following classes:

Pine Burr Quilt
Usie of Templates and Triangle paper makes this tradition quilt easy. A great Scrap Quilt.

Invisible Machine Applique
Using the Rose Of Sharon pattern you will learn invisible machine applique. When you just don’t have time to hand applique this will fit the bill.

Machine Quilting
We all have so many tops made, and could never, in a million years, hand quilt them. Learn to use various types of batting and thread and how to use different sewing machine feet.

“I Found these old quilt blocks now what do I do?”
Are they from Grandma’s attic or did you find them at a show or sale? Now what do you do to improve their value? Using reproduction fabrics will help set the correct time frame.

Folk Art Wool Applique
Woolapplique is one of my favorite techniques, it quick easy and no 1/4” seam. Learn many applications of wool.

Nine Patch Bear Paw
A Bear Paw with a twist. The pattern was taken from an antique cutter quilt. It combines a Nine Patch in a Bear Paw. Different settings are discussed.

California Oak Reel
A medallion style quilt designed for the Cocheco Quilt Challenge.
This quilt took second place in the contest in 2000. The class will include hand applique, machine piecing and fitting borders to the quilt. Only for advanced quilters

Applique by the Numbers
This great applique method is easy to do. No glue, no freezer paper and no templates. Patterns are available for the beginner and beyond.

Scrap Baskets
This little basket is a variation of the Orange Basket from the 1930’s. Use it with border prints and other strip sets.
